About the Job

The search committee is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic professional to fill the role of FHSU Foundation Digital Development Coordinator. This position will focus on cultivating meaningful relationships with donors and supporting the university’s mission through strategic fundraising and engagement efforts. Key responsibilities include managing a portfolio of annual giving donors through personalized and multi-channel communication, supervising and mentoring a team of four part-time student employees, and executing consistent, targeted outreach to donors. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Development Team to identify potential major-gift prospects, coordinate operations of various Annual Giving campaigns, and provide exceptional customer service to alumni and friends.

The ideal candidate will bring strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, along with a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and goal-oriented environment.
